So, who am I?

• 6th Grade Language Arts teacher
• 3 years in a row teaching the same grade/subject
• Which thrills my soul. I love routine.
• I have a BS in Elementary Education with a certification in K-6 and 7-8.
• I am working on an MS in Curriculum and Education
• I graduate in December, good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.
• I love attending workshops and conferences.
• On my wish list is the Dinah Zike Academy in TX
• I don’t always plan to be a teacher
• I would love to be a curriculum coach
• Or, if our district would catch up, a technology instructor, for teachers, not for students.
• I use technology a ton in my room, primarily through the Promethean Board
